# What To Do In Case of Payment Delay?

### What is a Payment Delay?
A **payment delay** occurs when your payment does **not reflect in your wallet balance within 10 minutes** of initiating the transaction.

### Common Causes of Payment Delays
Payment delays can happen due to:
* Bank network issues
* High transaction volume
* System congestion
These issues are often temporary and resolve automatically.

### What Should You Do?
We recommend the following steps:
1. **Wait for up to 24 hours** – Most delayed payments reflect within this time.
2. **Do not file a complaint immediately**, as the issue may resolve on its own.

If your payment has **not reflected after 24 hours**, please:
