What is a Payment Delay?

A payment delay occurs when your payment does not reflect in your wallet balance within 10 minutes of initiating the transaction.


Common Causes of Payment Delays

Payment delays can happen due to:

  • Bank network issues
  • High transaction volume
  • System congestion

These issues are often temporary and resolve automatically.


What Should You Do?

We recommend the following steps:

  1. Wait for up to 24 hours – Most delayed payments reflect within this time.
  2. Do not file a complaint immediately, as the issue may resolve on its own.


When to Contact Support

If your payment has not reflected after 24 hours, please:

  • Reach out to Customer Support via support chat.
  • Fill in the payment information form for faster resolution
