**What Does My Order Status Mean?**

An order status shows the current state of your order. To check the status of your order, click on the orders page and check the status.

Status Descriptions and Their Meanings.

* **Pending / In Progress: **The order has been placed but hasn't started processing yet.
* **Processing: **The service provider is preparing or arranging your order.
* **Cancelled:** The order has been canceled and won’t be fulfilled, but has been refunded.
* **Completed:** The order has been fulfilled and delivered to the link that was used.
