What Does My Order Status Mean?

An order status shows the current state of your order. To check the status of your order, click on the orders page and check the status.

Status Descriptions and Their Meanings.

• Pending / In Progress: The order has been placed but hasn't started processing yet.
• Processing: The service provider is preparing or arranging your order.
• Cancelled: The order has been canceled and won’t be fulfilled, but has been refunded.
• Completed: The order has been fulfilled and delivered to the link that was used.
