Can I Cancel my Order?

Once an order has been placed, canceling it isn’t always possible. Many services offer very fast delivery speeds, which can make cancellation before delivery impossible.

If you need an order canceled, please contact customer support and provide your order ID. We will request cancellation from the service provider.

NB: Cancellations aren’t guaranteed, particularly in cases where:

• A customer used the wrong link
• A customer placed the wrong order

However, an order will be canceled and refunded if:

• The order wasn’t delivered within 24 hours
